Authorized Escalator Overhaul Engineering Service for Changzhou Large Mall

Recently, invited by the operator of a large shopping mall in Changzhou, General Manager Xiao personally led our professional engineering team to the site for dedicated troubleshooting and maintenance of faulty escalators.

The shopping mall is equipped with more than ten escalators, nearly half of which have been out of service. After on-site disassembly and inspection, our team identified severe equipment failures, including pulverized step wheels and heavily aged handrails. The core cause of the failures was confirmed as indoor escalator specifications being incorrectly applied to outdoor units.

Outdoor escalators are constantly exposed to harsh environmental conditions such as intense sunlight, extreme cold, rain, and snow. They require specialized materials and manufacturing processes for most components, which are distinctly different from the technical standards for indoor escalators. Strict differentiation between indoor and outdoor escalator design and component selection is mandatory.

Based on the on-site equipment conditions and actual operating environment, the Yirui escalator parts team customized targeted repair solutions and long-term maintenance plans to eliminate potential faults fundamentally and extend the service life of the equipment.
